The Mount Carmel Lions Club held their annual Teener League Baseball Team Banquet on February 24, 2011 at the Mount Carmel Elks Club. The 2010 edition of the team won the 2010 Teener League Championship. This year’s championship represents the second consecutive league title for the team. Head coach Jeff Deitz introduced the graduating players and the individual award winners. He also thanked his dedicated staff of assistant coaches for the great job that they do throughout the year.

The Mount Carmel Lions Teener League Baseball Team is the oldest continuously operating team in the league and the most successful team in league history. The Mount Carmel Lions Club expressed their gratitude and pride in the young men and coaches who continue to carry on the Club’s tradition of excellence and success.
